A Mirror That Reflects Your World

According to a 2015 Gallup poll, nearly 70% of US employees are not engaged at work. This number has remained steady over the past decade, and as a result, billions of dollars are spent annually on turnover costs. What if each member of your team were fully committed to the vision of your company and showed up as true leaders everyday at work? What would be different if you could optimize your organization’s time, energy and relationships?

The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is a one-of-a-kind attitudinal assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. The ELI is a tool used to create effective styles of leadership that positively influence and change not only yourself, but also those with whom you work and interact, as well as your organization as a whole.

The Seven Levels of Leadership: What’s Yours?

As part of the ELI assessment and debrief process, you’ll learn about the Seven Levels of Leadership. Everyone has a natural tendency to express some levels over others, based on overall perceptions, feelings and behavioral patterns. Your results will reveal your “default” leadership style, and how that approach may be working for and against you. You’ll also learn your Average Resonating Level (ARL), which is a proven indicator of one’s success. In 2013, a study validated that a higher ARL score is correlated with satisfaction in the areas of time management, financial success, communication skills and engagement at work.

By understanding the Seven Levels of Leadership, you develop the ability to consciously create your world so that it works for you, rather than against you. Invest the next half hour in yourself and watch this webinar to understand a powerful way to create an entirely new paradigm for living.

Key Factor Revealed For Determining Success In Work

The Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) developed the ELI to quantify the way in which a person approaches work and how they react to different experiences, while under normal circumstances and when under stress. The results produce a combined numerical value, measured on a scale of 1-7, to indicate the person’s overall level of leadership and engagement. This factor, known as the Average Resonating Level (ARL) is used to attract higher levels of joy, motivation and success into our relationships and careers.

I took the ELI when I wanted to take my life to the next level. At the time, there was something holding me back from achieving my greatest potential. I was struggling with self-doubt and the desire to impress people rather than express myself authentically. After receiving my results, I discovered a clearer picture of my strengths, and I am now more aware of my emotions. Frank debriefed me with an open heart and showed me that change is possible. I felt empowered after the session with him.
